£5 million conversion of Kings Court, Warrington now complete

Warrington based Emerald Bay Construction have finished work on the £5 million conversion of former offices at Kings Court, central Warrington into prestige apartments.

Kings Court now comprises 32 loft style apartments offering unprecedented views of the townscape from large, floor to ceiling windows. Each apartment is unique in size and layout and the interior fit out has been undertaken to an exceptionally high standard, designed and overseen by London interior design agency Gunter & Co.
