Award nomination for Kings Court

Emerald Bay Construction, the company behind the Kings Court development have been shortlisted for the prestigious North West Residential Property Awards, in the category ‘Bespoke & Urban Developer of the year’.
The winner of award will be announced at a black tie ceremony in January, coinciding with the first anniversary of Kings Court Apartments, the town centre luxury apartments.
Adam Jude, Operations Director at Emerald Bay had this to say about the announcement:
“To be shortlisted for this industry award is in itself a triumph as we’re up against several big players. We’re extremely proud of what we achieved at Kings Court and its full occupancy is an existing measure of its success”.
An independent panel of experts will announce the winner at a black tie event in Manchester on 24 January and we’ll be there with our fingers crossed!
