Business continues at James Peacock Property, with some changes.

The health of James Peacock Property Landlords, Tenants, employees and partners is our primary concern.

In light of global precautions for the COVID-19 Coronavirus, and reviewing recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), NLA and ARLA, James Peacock Property are ensuring all sensible precautions are being taken by staff and contractors.

The James Peacock Property Team would like to reassure our landlords and tenants that as a business we continually update the precautionary measures that we employ to protect our staff and the customer service that we provide on an ongoing basis, especially during these uncertain times.

These measures are defined by the guidance given by official UK governmental and public health advisory organisations.

To date our service levels have not been negatively affected in any way. However, we are continually monitoring the threat, and should the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to escalate, we have strong contingency plans in place to mitigate any challenges that may arise. If we are required to self-isolate, then business will continue as usual. All James Peacock Property employees can work remotely and have access to all systems and phones.

However, any face to face viewings or inspections will be put on hold until further notice. We can offer video viewings of any properties.

With regards to maintenance all emergency repairs such as leaks and electrical failures, heating, hot water or Structural Problems will ONLY be dealt with during this isolation. Each issue raised will be assessed and if deemed an emergency then a contractor will attend.

All other repairs will be added to our maintenance records and scheduled in as soon as it possible.

All rents will be processed as per normal and there will be no delay to landlord rental payments or contractor payments.

If any tenant is experiencing any difficulties paying their rent then they must contact us in the office as soon as possible as we are here to help.
