James Peacock has been appointed as the managing agent for Ashfield Court in St Helens.
Ashfield Court is a development of 18 2-bed apartments which was completed in 2007, situated on Glover Street close to the town centre.
James Peacock manages the invoicing of the service charge to Landlords and all aspects of block management, including grounds maintenance, communal maintenance, insurances and utilities negotiation.
