James Peacock To Let Prestigious Town Centre Development

James Peacock has been appointed as the letting agent for a prestigious apartment development in Warrington Town Centre.

The Kings Court development is set to complete in autumn 2017, incorporating 33 one-bed and two-bed apartments. James Peacock will commence marketing in the summer, and it is forecast that there will be a strong demand from tenants due to its prominent location within the town centre and proximity to Warrington Central Station and the Bus interchange.

The Kings Court development is situated above the Courtyard Shopping Centre on Horsemarket Street, which includes Ladbrokes, Groom formal hire, and the East Orient Chinese Restaurant as some of its commercial tenants.
