Job Vacancy. Handy Person Required

James Peacock Property Ltd are looking for a good all-round handy person to join their property maintenance team.
Initially we need someone for 15 days with flexible hours, after which you will become our preferred contractor, caring for 200 rental properties in the Warrington area.
The right person will confidently be able to mend things, build and move furniture, prepare and paint, lay floors, plaster, change lightbulbs, fix leaks and maintain properties internally and externally.
You’ll need to be friendly, as this is a customer facing role and the team at James Peacock Property pride ourselves on our customer service, and quality.
You will need to have your own vehicle and public liability insurance. We will pay for a DBS check prior to commencement.
Good rates of pay and ongoing work for the right person.
