Planning Permission Received for 39 Apartments
13th December 2018
A deluxe roof top garden complete with botanical planting will top the latest James Peacock Property apartments, following planning committee approval last night.
The six storey, 24,000 square metre development will create 39 one and two-bedroom rental properties at the heart of Warrington’s rapidly developing town centre.
The multi-million pound investment at the former Lloyds Bank on Town Hill originally received planning approval for 24 apartments with basement parking, but the new plans will make much more of the land, adding much needed quality homes to the area.
Adam Jude, Operations Director explains the rationale for the expansion to the development, and reveals the plans for the ambitious rooftop garden which will be a first for the town.
“We are delighted to have received planning permission for 39 apartments at Town Hill.
The roof top garden will be a wonderful addition to the town, encouraging nature to the area and provide an outdoor community space not seen in any previous Warrington development”
The aspirational homes will be situated on the site of a former bank, a stone’s throw from several train stations and the bus station, a perfect location for commuters to Liverpool and Manchester in 20 minutes and to London in just one hour 50 minutes.
London Based Interior Designers Gunter and Co will be responsible for ensuring the apartments boast cutting edge design, of the same quality finish that saw the Kings Court development adjacent to the new build fully let within just a few months.
This is the latest development for experienced property development and investment company James Peacock Property who were behind Kings Court.
