Stockton Heath based lettings experts James Peacock Property have been shortlisted for prestigious award despite being unaware they had even entered the running.
In order to find Warrington’s ‘outstanding agent’ the industry led British Property Awards have undertaken a mystery shopping exercise on all 57 of Warrington’s lettings agencies, judging against 25 criteria.
James Peacock Property’s light shone during numerous anonymous calls, with Property Award Representatives remarking on their consistent high levels of customer service.
Gerry Mason – Rolls, Lettings Director said:
“Whether or not we win, we’re absolutely thrilled to have been recognised for our people skills and our commitment to go the extra mile. Every appreciation is welcomed but this one means so much as it is from our industry peers and they know what to look for in a great agency”.
The final phase of judging takes place over the next couple of weeks, with further mystery calls but for now it is business as usual. Wish us luck!
