The British Property Awards have crowned us Gold Medalists for South Warrington at this year’s awards.

The industry led property awards were judged via several mystery shopping calls, where they were judged against 25 criteria.

James Peacock Property’s light shone during numerous anonymous calls, with Property Award Representatives remarking on their consistent high levels of customer service.


Gerry Mason – Rolls, Operations Director said:

“This award is so meaningful to us. We were mystery shopped several times by our peers in the industry, and it was they who judged our customer service to be GOLD standard.
Great customer service should be standard, this proves it is with us!”


We will now be put through to the National Awards, will an announcement being made over the next few weeks if they have made it to the finals.
